Only API integrated platforms are visible in the Menu Management Portal since these are the only menus that can be programmed and synced from the portal.

Non-API platform menus are NOT visible in the portal since they are NOT managed within the portal. These menus must be updated directly in the ordering platform’s merchant portal back end or by the ordering platform support team itself (in the case of there being no merchant portal access provided).
